Mrs Helen Money provides nutrition and sports nutrition advice, including diet plans for sports nutrition, injury prevention, body composition change, weight loss, weight gain and health maintenance. She works with clients aiming to perform in sport, work or home life, using nutritional advice based on scientific evidence.

She holds a BSc (Hons) in Human Nutrition and an MSc in Applied Sports and Exercise Nutrition, and has over 16 years' experience providing nutritional advice. At The Bosworth Clinic, her Initial consultation is 90 minutes and costs £140, and her Follow up appointment is 45 minutes and costs £70.
