Mr Chris Dumbrell

Chris Dumbrell works with clients needing post-surgery rehabilitation, injury assessment and rehabilitation, and sports massage. He designs individualised rehabilitation programmes around each client’s needs, combining hands-on treatment with personalised exercise programmes.

As a qualified sports massage therapist, Chris uses soft tissue therapy to support injury rehabilitation and recovery. His experience includes providing pitch-side first aid, injury assessment and rehabilitation for young athletes at Brighton and Hove Albion FC Women’s Academy.

He has worked in professional football club settings and private practice, with experience in both group environments and one-to-one client care. He holds a distinction-awarded MSci in Sports Therapy from Chichester University.
