Mr Nigel Howell

Nigel Howell uses exercise based rehabilitation, joint and soft tissue mobilisation, massage and exercise therapy. He selects treatment after a verbal and physical assessment of each individual, with his training in exercise based rehabilitation continuing to shape his approach.

He qualified at Pinderfields College of Physiotherapy in 1990 and has worked at The Physio Therapy Centre since 1994. He regularly attends courses and conferences, and reviews journals and books, to keep his physiotherapy practice informed by current evidence.
