Flex Physio Practice has two sites in Oxfordshire. Flex Physiotherapy Practice is at Flex Health Hub, Unit 5 Park Square, Signal Yard, Milton Park, OX14 4RR. Flex Physiotherapy Practice at Abingdon School is for students and staff only.

The practice is a private physiotherapy provider with 12 practitioners.
